It is far one of the most unique and picturesque places I have ever been to. The views, the nature and the ocean is what I look forward to each day off. People are friendly and nice which makes my job so much easier.

Overall, my summer was great. I am starting to feel tired, but we all know what we signed up for. I made money and spent quite a bit too, but everything is worth it when the trips are booked.

My Work and Travel experience was a truly transformative experience that pushed me beyond my comfort zone and strengthened my independence. I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a multicultural environment, build meaningful connections, and develop valuable skills in communication, adaptability, and teamwork. Despite the challenges, the experience was immensely rewarding and left me with unforgettable memories and a broader perspective on life. I found happiness in the calm of the mountains, where every trail led me closer to myself. Alaska is a feeling that cannot be explained with a million words — it has to be lived.

Nikoleta Filipova — Orange consultant in Blagoevgrad

Nikoleta Filipova

Orange Blagoevgrad

I have worked at Orange for almost four years. The programme gave me the chance to join two summer programmes in the USA, both in Alaska. I worked for Holland America Princess — first in Denali National Park and then in Trapper Creek. The Grand Canyon made the strongest impression on me and remains one of my brightest memories.
