It is far one of the most unique and picturesque places I have ever been to. The views, the nature and the ocean is what I look forward to each day off. People are friendly and nice which makes my job so much easier.

Work, work, and something different every week! An incredible summer spent with unique people.

My name is Preslava Vuleva and I study Media and Journalism at UNWE. This summer I joined Work and Travel in Bar Harbor, Maine, where I worked as support staff at Paddy's Irish Pub. The experience taught me to be more independent, organised and confident when communicating in English. Alongside professional experience, I made many new friends and discovered American culture.

An incredible summer. I met new and interesting people and learned so much from them. Working in a restaurant also helped me discover new recipes, even though I worked as a server. I never stopped enjoying the beautiful nature on my days off.

Hello, I am Stefani Kamburova, a 3rd-year student at UNWE majoring in Strategic Planning! If I could describe this summer in one word, it would be epic. Throughout the Work and Travel program, I experienced so many unexpected moments—both challenging and wonderful—that tested me, but ultimately made me stronger and more resilient. I had the chance to meet people from all over the world and, against all expectations, formed deep, meaningful friendships that I know will last a lifetime. This journey completely pushed me out of my comfort zone and changed the way I see the world. It was a life-changing adventure that showed me just how much I am truly capable of. Between surviving endless shifts, mastering the art of coffee -fueled mornings, and somehow trying to balance a crazy social life with everything else, every moment was pure gold. A summer that will leave a lasting mark.

This was the best summer I have ever had. I am happy I met people from so many countries, worked and had fun together. A huge thank you to the Orange team — I would gladly join the program again. ❤️
